Ensure tyres are clean and debris-free, then determine the correct bead amount for the tyre size or weight. Remove the tyre using the right tools, and if mounted, break the bead seal and, if necessary, take the tyre off the rim.

First, you need to determine what bag size magnum+ you require using magnum+ calculator (app also available). Magnum+ comes in premeasured insert bags that you simply toss directly inside the tyre during installation. That’s it! The rest is business as usual

You don’t have to do anything to the bag. Once you toss the magnum+ insert bag into the tyre, just mount the tyre to the rim as normal!

When you’re ready, inflate the tyres as usual. There’s nothing else to do. No spinning, waiting, calibrating or weight fixing. The whole process takes a fraction of the time as a traditional fixed weight balance!

Then get on the road! As you drive, the bag will break open and set the beads free to do their job, providing a high-precision balance every time!

If your truck or trailer has dual tyres, it's essential to install magnum+ tyre balancing beads in each tyre individually. These beads balance each tyre independently, ensuring smoother performance, reducing vibrations, and extending tyre life. By treating each tyre separately, you get better stability, improved fuel efficiency, and a more comfortable ride.

For load range D, E, and F tyres, it's recommended to use one size up from the amount indicated in the magnum+ app. These tyres are heavier and need more balancing support. Using a larger quantity of beads ensures better balance under heavy loads and improves overall performance.
