Reduce tire handling, use one rack only throughout your whole process. The Transport tire rack will go from the manufacturer’s tire production line directly onto the carrier’s trailer, then directly into the OEM production line. Its larger than usual fork guides also act as a base to position the rack directly onto the OEM’s production line conveyors. Optimize your return or your storage area by folding down both sides of the rack & stacking them up to 20 high. Wider than MARTINS Shipping Rack (MSR), the Transport rack is the best option when working with larger batches of tires.

Is the load capacity per unit or for the total stacked units?
The load capacity is per unit. Each unit can support its own load capacity plus the weight and load capacity of the stacked racks above. Example: You can stack 5 units all containing 1 100 kg (2 400 lb) each for a total of 5 500 kg (12 000 lb) in a vertical stack.
