Features and benefits
Maintenance and calibration service for the Flatematic series: MW-60, MW-60-4way or MW-64HP
The maintenance and calibration service includes:
- Transport of the inflator from the client’s location to plant.
- Inspection of the inflator by our specialised technicians.
- Replacement of all defective parts*. (see exclusions below)
- Calibration of the inflator.
- Repackaging.
- Transport of the inflator back to the client.
Not included with this service:
- Aluminium casing
- PCB (circuit board) & display
- Air hoses & manifold
PRODUCT NO LONGER COVERED BY THE 1-YEAR WARRANTY:
The Maintenance and calibration service must be fully paid by credit card before starting the process. Once payment is confirmed and the client has properly packaged the inflator, MARTINS will schedule the pick-up from clients’ location and deliver to our plant.
PRODUCT STILL COVERED BY THE 1-YEAR WARRANTY:
The Maintenance and calibration service must be fully paid by credit card before starting the process. Once payment is confirmed and the client has properly packaged the inflator, MARTINS will schedule the pick-up from clients’ location and deliver to our plant.
If the 1-year warranty is still valid and after inspection of the inflator, MARTINS will reimburse the maintenance and calibration service fees.
Units under warranty that have been modified or misused by client will not be reimbursed.
*Please allow 10 to 14 business days plus transport for the complete process.

What are the next steps once I have ordered the Maintenance and Calibration service?
First, package your inflator for transportation. Then, our customer service will send you a confirmation email with necessary documents and instructions for the pick-up. Will you be sending me a replacement inflator while my product is being refurbished?
No, each unit is individually refurbished and returned to its owner.
