Premesured Bags
ABC Balancing Microbeads are available in bags containing precise quantities tailored to each tire size, which can easily be inserted directly into the tire.
Directly Into the Tire
- Start by removing the tire from the rim.
- Then simply place the ABC bag inside the tire.

Unlike other sizes that automatically tear during driving, the 1 oz, 2 oz, and 3 oz micro beads bag need to be torn open and poured out to release the beads and begin the balancing process.
Mounting
- Once the bag is inside the tire, remount the tire onto the rim.
Inflating
- Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure. No additional steps are necessary: no rotation, calibration, or weight attachment. It's faster than traditional balancing!
Driving
- Once the tire is inflated and installed, the next step is to hit the road. As the vehicle accelerates, the bag tears, allowing the beads to be released and begin their high-precision balancing work.

Tire Balancing Micro Beads Injection Tool

Gather Your Tools and Prepare the Tire
- Steer tire: place a jack under the front axle to reduce the pressure.
- Dual wheels on trucks: a jack is not necessary.
- Remove the valve core to release air from the tire.

Seal the Tire
- Once all the beads are injected, remove the chuck.
- Reinstall the valve core securely.
- Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure using appropriate safety equipment, such as an inflation cage.
- Attach the included valve cap.

Pour the Beads
- While the air is released, open the pre-dosed bag and pour the beads into the injection tool reservoir.

Attach the Injection Tool
- Connect the injection tool’s chuck to the tire valve.
- Ensure the air valve is closed and connect the air hose.

Inject the Micro Beads
- Hold the injection tool vertically.
- Open the air valve.
- Slowly tilt the tool towards you to create a steady airflow that carries the beads into the tire.
- The process takes about 30 seconds.
- If the beads stop flowing:
- Close the air valve on the pump.
- Disconnect the air supply.
- Open the air valve to clear the obstruction with the tire's pressure.
- Reconnect the air supply and continue.
